Everything about this oven is amazing. I really like the no preheat mode. The first time I used the no preheat mode I was impressed and surprised that the oven could actually cook so well without preheating.I love that this oven turns off when the timer is done. I wish the oven came with the air fry tray. At this price point it really should be included. I've ordered one but its been delayed in shipping, ugh. I'm anxious to try the air fry mode. I've read that I can use an aftermarket tray, which costs less and is easier to purchase locally. I may have to cancel my order and just buy a cheap tray.

We installed this oven a month ago. So far the oven functions fine and from a baking perspective is good. My complaints are the quality of the oven chassis design. It™€™s just not square and aligned like you™€™d expect from a $2,300 oven.1. The stainless steel trim around the control panel is not flush with the stainless on the door. It™€™s also not on the same angle when viewed from side. 2. The door doesn™€™t close flush with the oven cavity. It is tight along the bottom but the gap increases towards the top. This makes it seem like the door is not closed completely even when it is. 3. The left side has a bigger gap than the right. The oven isn™€™t even from left to right!Let me clarify a few things:1. Oven is installed properly/professionally. 2. Oven was not dropping during shipping. 3. We went back to the store and checked MULTIPLE Frigidaire ovens of this model line on display and they™€™re ALL made this way. Our is not unique. It™€™s a design and engineering defect. All of the other oven brands on display had flush, aligned doors.If you™€™re not someone who™€™s bothered by details, I™€™d recommend the oven. It gets hot and makes food. If you™€™re someone that values craftsmanship I™€™d pick something else.

Dear Frigidaire Customer Service,I am writing again to express my ongoing frustration and dissatisfaction with the handling of my defective oven. Despite multiple technician visits and extensive communication, my issues remain unresolved.**Previous Interactions:**1. **Initial Technician Visit:**   - The first technician noted that there was no adjustment for the door and suggested shimming the oven to make it straight. This solution is impractical, as it would result in food cooking at an angle inside the oven. Despite my explicit mention in the work order that the inside of the oven is level, this was disregarded.2. **Second Technician Appointment:**   - After considerable back-and-forth, a second technician was scheduled but the appointment was canceled last minute due to unavailability of a technician in my area. This rescheduling has left me waiting for over a month and a half.3. **Second Technician Visit:**   - When the second technician eventually arrived, they proposed ordering a new display but reiterated that there is no adjustment for the door. Their recommendation to level the entire oven to fix the door alignment would unlevel the already level oven interior, rendering it unusable for cooking.**Inadequate Response:**Your representative Era stated that the ovens come with imperfections, and the resolution offered (to level the oven which would unlevel the shelves inside) is not acceptable. Furthermore, despite the mechanics™€™ inability to fix the door alignment, your support insists there is nothing more that can be done.**Request for Resolution:**I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and the lack of effective solutions provided for months now. I urge you to reconsider the approach to resolving my issue. An oven with a crooked door and display, even if considered within your tolerance for imperfections, is not acceptable for proper cooking and use.I request to be compensated for these issues that can™€™t be resolved.

The oven options and performance are good. However, the exhaust fan was not bolted on correctly out of the box. Thia caused loud rattling every time the fan engaged. Had to wait one month for the replacement part to get the repair completed under warranty.

Important Installation Detail Not Found; Not Direct Replacement

I replaced JennAir wall oven in a cabinet with a microwave shelf above the oven, countertop on the left side and fridge on the right. The JennAir had a 42™€ electrical whip which easily allowed the oven to be removed and sat on a table to work on. The junction box was in the wall behind the oven. The whip on the Fridgidaire is only 32™€ long. It is connected on the left side of the unit. The JennAir connection is on the right and the junction box is on the right of the cabinet. Those 32™€ is just enough room to put the new oven on a table to the right of the cabinet, wire it in, and slide it leftward and back while positioning the MC whip above the rear of the oven. It installs with sufficient slack, but barely. Those 32™€ is not long enough unless you rerun wiring in the wall just for this unit. It is a heavier gauge cable; in 3/4 inch MC casing. That said, we™€™re ready to cook. Looking forward the steam baking breads and cream cleaning. Convection fan and vents are much bigger than the JennAir. Hoping to see great convection cooking results.

Simply beautiful. I love the simple modern exterior. Not overdone with loud badges and buttons. The contrast of the black glass and the stainless steel on the exterior is just right. The interior is also simply beautiful. The racks glide in and out easily not like my previous unit which made it a battle to remove items. I can't wait to use the steam bake function to make cheesecake. Good job!

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Frigidaire

Dear Frigidaire Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I have received regarding my defective oven. The issues include a crooked display and a door that is not straight. Despite providing pictures and scheduling a technician visit, the resolution process has been incredibly frustrating.Initial Technician Visit:The first technician stated that there was no adjustment for the door and suggested I shim the oven to make it straight. This solution is unacceptable, as it would result in cooking food on an angle inside the oven.I explicitly mentioned in the work order that the inside of the oven is currently level, but this was disregarded.Second Technician Appointment:After much back-and-forth, Frigidaire agreed to send a second technician. However, they canceled the appointment last minute, claiming they don™€™t have a technician available for my area.Now, I am left waiting for over a month and a half for a rescheduled appointment.Inadequate Response:Frigidaire™€™s stance that the first technician wasn™€™t qualified and that they need to send a ™€œmaster technician™€ is baffling. Why wasn™€™t this communicated earlier?My time has been wasted, and I feel like I™€™m running in circles.

Loving the Frigidaire Convection and air frying.

Beautiful New Oven 6/23/2024

My Convection fan went out on my old Kenmore oven and I was unsuccessful in even trying to get someone to repair it. After researching True Convection reviews I opted to purchase this model, and so far I am delighted with every detail, from the larger size of the oven to the three racks which will serve well in making pizza for my crowd. I am anxious to have time to cook with the air fryer; so far it has served well to cook up perfect hot dogs for my granddaughter's pool party.

Convection is the way to go! Love all the oven racks and how easy they are to move around in the oven. I especially love the one with a slide out part. It makes putting and taking out dishes in the oven super easy. Plus that rack is easy to take out, not a struggle like I have had before.

I first had to try the water bath baking for my banana nut bread, wow. them I tried the air fryer, and it left the most perfect golden crust on my chicken thighs leaving the inside super juicy and full of flavor. Then I tried the broiler setting to see how well it really worked on getting my 1 1/2-inch thick T-bone steak to medium rare and again i was very pleased. So, I decided it was time to try baking 4 dozen cookies. 1dz milk chocolate chip, 1dz oatmeal, 1dz sugar, and 1dz oatmeal walnut. to my absolute amazement they were all baked to perfection.
