I purchased this TV almost a year ago and the picture is amazing. The sound quality is good but could be a little better. The unfortunate thing is that in less than a year my TV panel went out. Thus the TV needed to be repaired. The warranty covered the cost of repairs and I am still waiting to receive my refurbished equipment. I assume the quality will be the same.

Dont Purchase Very Poor To Bad Viewing Angles

We have had the TV a year now. We are very VERY unhappy with it. When directly in front of the set the video is awesome But when the viewer moves 20 degrees off to each side of center the video starts to wash out and at the edges of viewing thee color is muddled and almost unwatchable. We were told from the very beginning that there would be a firmware upgrade to address this issue so never returned the set. That has never happened I bought what I thought was a top of the line mid level TV and what we got was a POG. LG wont stand by their product telling me essentially tough luck you bought it now it is your problem. Nothing in their advertising literature states that it only has a 40 total viewing angle. I want it fixed or replaced by LG. It is still under warranty.

I purchased this television last January. I love the picture and its easy to operate most functions. However ive had LG repair people here 4 times to repair it which is why i havent rated it 5 stars. Every piece on it has been replaced. LED screen Main board All wiring and power supply.

Bought this 6 weeks ago and so sorry I did. Continually loses connection with wifi Constant buffering. Only one of my 5 brands of tvs to do so. WebOS is poorly designed. The remote is incredibly sensitive. Simply brushing against a button throws you out of your app. Did I mention there are few to no instructions?

Im very disappointment with my latest purchase of a LG 43NANo75. Ive heard good things about LG TVs so I thought Id give them a shot. But aberrantly I must have picked the wrong model. It took a while and some tweaking to get a picture that I could live with. My biggest complaint is that if you are not directly in front of the TV you will get a washed-out picture. I cant speak on other LG models but as for the 43NANo75 I would definitely tell buyers to do their research before putting down their hard-earned money...

Received TV for Christmas and son got hooked up February. TV worked 1 MONTH Have been trying to get repaired since then and there is a repair ticket open but nothing has happened. I am VERY DISSATISFIED. Believe you are waiting for TV to be out of warranty and I would have to pay to get repaired. I purchased same TV for my Mother and waiting for it to break too So far its ok.

I love the clarity richness of colors. Black white never appeared so clean. However Im going through several tech steps to eliminate freeze-ups pixelating and buffering. It has to do w/ the fact I use antennae have a DVD/VHS which doesnt have an HDMI port. There has been improvements for sure although the latter part of a movie today was so broken up I shut the TV off.

TV gets a great picture. Has great features. The only fault I can find is the sound could be louder but I find this to be true of all flat screen TVs.sound quality is very good but not loud enough unless I turn it way up. But then again Im 70 years old and dont hear that great anymore anyway.

I am very disappointed in the side angle viewing of this TV. My older LG 4K TV 43UJ6300 was excellent. Because of the sectional couch in the den side viewing quality is paramount. Other than that the picture is excellent. Colors are vibrant and for my viewing needs other than the side angle washout good. I like all the options built in for the important streaming sites and the ability to add those aps not imbedded Vudu HBO MAX and Paramount+ come to mind The ATMOS pass through was a key requirement as my den has a full A/V setup for everything Dolby through ATMOS. Even the on-board sound isnt bad for built ins

Imagine my surprise that after opening the box plugging it into the wall socket and turn it off to find the excellent picture it provided. No problem no adjustment required just enjoy. I do have a couple comments. 1 The darned thing is smarter than me. Hate that. You suppose being 93 years old may be a part of that. 2 Sound was less that I had experienced with the TV that the LG replaced. An inexpensive sound bar took care of that was not of the original plan. To help an old guy like hwo is not very computer literate a paper manual would be a huge help. Imagine my surprise that after unboxing my new LG TV that all I had to do was plug into the socket and turn it on to enjoy the beautiful picture that was displayed.

Have had this tv for less than a month mostly for gaming and watching tv. Graphics are good my only issue with the tv stand feet that it come with they feel a bit loose. Any slight movement I feel that tv will snap off the stand. I do live in a state where the earth occasionally with rumble my only fear is it will fall with that. Apart from that love it.

If this TV hadnt been a gift from my wife I would of returned it just because of the remote. I dont like the Magic part of it. Really really dont like it. Should be a way to disable it permanently. I even bought a universal TV remote to use instead but every time the select button is pushed the stupid Magic curser re-appers. The only way to make it go away is to replace the TV with another brand of TV.

I bought this TV because I wanted a 4K set at a reasonable price. It has met my expectations in that respect but it also has some limitations that I didnt expect. 1. When I stream 4K content I think I can tell the difference but its subtle. 2. We found the LG smart TV interface to be difficult to use. It was cumbersome and not at all intuitive. 3. The TV initially had a tendency to lose my settings. An internet search revealed that this has been a known problem with the LG web OS at least since 2019. I tried several fixes and ultimately did a full reset. That has seemed to do the trick at least so far. 4. The Magic remote has a steep learning curve and the pointer is hard to control. Its impossible to switch inputs to another connected device without going to the Home screen. 5. I personally found that the internet connection to the TV was much more stable when I used an ethernet cable to connect it with our router. 6. The sound quality from the built in speakers is only average. Thats not a critical issue for us but those who want better sound may want to invest in a soundbar.
