My son gifted me the LG CordZero vacuum cleaner and was surprised by how stylish it is. Amazingly it picks up on both hard and carpeted surfaces. The slim design reaches hard spots with telescopic wand with added light. I love the battery charging coupled with self-clean and convenient sleek base station. I am sure its perfect for small home and no pets to deal with. Overall its a good product so far after a month of use.

Great Vacuum to do daily cleans

We bought this vacuum to replace a Dyson V10. We have had this vacuum for a week and it does everything we would like it to do. It has excellent suction on the auto mode and you still have the ability to increase or decrease the amount of suction depending on what you are doing. We have mostly hard floors with 2 rooms with carpet and this vacuum handles both types of flooring with ease. The thing that we like the most is the fact that it does empty the canister on its own once you set it back in the docking station. This is something we were not looking for but is very nice to have now that we have it. We have not had it long enough to use it to see how the battery life is but I am sure it is good enough for our needs as we only use it about 20 minutes a day. Something that we would like to see is a smaller motorized head to clean mattresses and car seats. It comes with the standard vacuum head and 2 smaller nozzles for accessories it would be nice to have a better selection of accessories included. Another thing I like is you can change the battery or add another battery very easily compared to most stick vacuums that we have had like the dyson it is very difficult to change the battery. Overall very impressed with this vacuum and it is performance on multiple surfaces.

This is the biggest most expensive piece of junk we have ever bought. We have used it 9 times. 9. And it is broken. LG told us we should probably get a refund from Amazon. The worst customer service to date. If you are thinking of buying this product. I would recommend you take 400.00 dollars and light it on fire. Or wipe your butt with it. You would get more out of it. LG support is garbage. Im actually entering the option of winning 500 dollars just to re coupe my money from this garbage. Oh and they wanted a restocking fee. So hopefully you wont order the unit we sent back and they re stocked. Best of luck.

Absolutely disappointed. Love everything about this product except the battery life. I get it no cordless lasts the full time they advertise. But at least advertise the battery life using the vacuum as intended. Buyer be ware they advertise 60 minutes of runtime WITHOUT any motorized attachments. Who vacuums/cleans their floors with just the head and stick portion?? And compound this a little more you can buy an extra battery BUT there is no way to charge it. Now I know what you all are thinking should have read the fine print and done a little more homework and you are absolutely correct. But at a certain point this false advertising crap has got to go. I get it LG you gotta sell product and you will spin it anyway you can BUT at least give customers the option of being able to expand the product and being able to use a 2nd battery

Cleans Beautifully

We replaced our trusty Bissel with this gorgeous LG. Not only does it clean exceptionally well but we are very pleased with the self-cleaning base I love not having to install a mount on the wall and in my opinion it looks quite nice in the corner of the room. The self-cleaning feature with multiple filtrations systems makes my cleaning so much easier plus I have more peace of mind knowing the dirt and allergens stay contained rather than some of them going back into the air when emptying the canister. I loved my old unit but this one just makes so much more sense.

Great stick vacuum. the dual head makes it easy to use transitioning between different flooring. The battery life is a bit shorter than expected but altering the power setting when using on non-carpet areas helps. This unit has auto-empty which is handy.

Missing battery charger for second battery

I really loved this product in the beginning but after a few months it was making weird scrapping noise on my floor. Noticed that The roller wheels in the sweeper had broken and fell off. So I thought Ive been overusing it and purchased a replacement part for almost $200. Now thats also broken. Im now debating to purchase a totally different unless LG replaces part or come up with a different more durable wheels on the vacuum

I think it is a great vacuum. I had previously owned a Dyson but when I purchased a new house I decided to get a new vacuum after looking at another Dyson I saw this LG. It looked great and the charging station was better than just the hanger the Dyson came with. The suction was great on bare floors even at the lowest level the lights also allows you to see any debris on the floor. There is enough charge to complete all the vacuuming I need and the auto emptying the debris canister is a great addition.. Finally the look is great and looks fresh almost futuristic.

Ive had this vacuum for about four months and the motor stopped working. It does have a manufacturer warranty. LG is going to fix it but I have to be without a vacuum until they fix it. I guess thats just bad luck. If you buy this from a store definitely buy the protection plan. This is a good vacuum though.

So first off the vac is lovely. I had the original A9 and the batteries for that dont fit this one sadly. But the function is better and the head is better even though it squeaks. Even the top filter fits better - feels higher quality. The exhaust filter was kissing out the box though and the fact you cant store an and charge a second battery is probably a big design mistake. You can see from multiple complaints. The run time is less than my original A9 because the head has lights and I think theres more power. All that said if they threw in a battery it would mitigate some complaints but they dont do that either. It is a nice vacuum however. If you can find on sale you should def give it a chance.

I really wanted to love this vacuum. I bought it maily for the auto empty feature. I have asthma and allergies and was really interested in this feature. It worked like a charm the first time and mostly doesnt work anymore. I am very disappointed as this feature is why I paid more than I normally would for a vacuum cleaner. The battery life is poor as well. I have a small home and can only vacuum my living dining area and hall before I have to charge it again. I would purchase a second battery but unfortunately unless you purchase the next model up theres no way to charge a spare battery. It has good power and does a good job picking up debris but costs alot more than another vacuum that would pickup the debri just as well.

Do not buy. I purchased this vacuum and its terrible. The battery does not last at all. I have an average size house 2000sq/ft and the vacuum only Makes it through 2.5 rooms Before the battery dies. So then we have to charge it for an hour or two before we can keep vacuuming. Second issue the really cool automatic canister emptying feature maybe only actually works 1 out of every 10 times. It never emptys it completely. The dirt and bebris only make it halfway out of the canister. The door shuts on the canister and closes on all the dirt hair and debris hanging out of the canister. Then somehow a bunch of junk got stuck behind the compressing lever and my husband had to take it apart to get it all out. LG had great ideas but none of them worked.

I love the product. I am always amused at how much dirt it picks up. However the head of the vacuum cleaner does not glide smoothly on certain carpets. Also when I put the machine to be emptied I noticed that it did not effectively empty and I had to do it manually. Overall I like the product.

BUYER BEWARE

I bought this vacuum about 4 months ago. It stopped working about 5 weeks ago. Its supposedly under warranty but getting my vacuum repaired or a replacement is like pulling teeth. It took them a week to send a box to send it back in then another week for FedEx to pick it up and deliver back to them. It was delivered to the repair place on the 9th. I was supposed to have my vacuum back in 10 days. We are at 3 weeks later and I receive a text that parts are delayed and theyll let me know of a possible alternative resolution if they dont get the parts in by JUNE 23rd. So I am over a month without a vacuum that I paid $500 for and no resolution and no vacuum back to me and I am supposed to wait another month instead of just sending me a replacement. The product broke in 3 months and the service I am receiving is well below a company with products this price. I have NEVER had worse customer service with any company.

This vacuum is a powerhouse Whether tackling a whole-house cleaning session or just tidying up after dinner with the baby it has handled any of my tasks effortlessly. The brush heads light spotlights every speck of debris so I dont miss a spot and also makes cleaning a fun game. I used to doubt the value of auto-emptying vacuums but this one proved me wrong making cleaning convenient and now I dont have to clean the tank every couple uses which is always the worst part of using a stick vacuum. The three power settings cater to every need and the dual brush head efficiently picks up everything. Im particularly impressed that it hasnt tangled my dogs or wifes hair in the brushes unlike my previous vacuums. Little touches like the sleek design maintenance lever for easy tank cleaning and integrated storage add to its value. This is my 2nd LG stick vac and I love it. First time to have the auto empty feature and i am not sure how I have lived with out it It is an amazing feature and it soo easy to just dock it and let it do all the work. It is so simple to just throw out and change the bag and not have to deal with any dust. The vac has A lot of power and great on hardwood floors and carpet. I use it everyday to clean up after my dog because he leaves fur all over the couch and carpet. Also ThinQ app has alerted me when I clogged up the filter it was great to have this notification to tell me what was wrong and how to simple fix it by doing a little maintenance. Great use in the kitchen to pick up onion and garlic skins and whatever else seems to make it to the floor even uneaten dog kibble I will be buying one more auto empty so I can have an LG stick vac on every floor especially because this all in one tower contains all the accessories I use everyday stores in the nifty side storage. Have multiple of these things on every floor is soo much easier to vacuum the stairs. This is a great handy vac which I also use to vacuum out the lint filter on my dryer as well There as so many hacks I have figure out to make my life easier since I have cut the cord and went to LG Stick Vac

Ive owned a Dyson but ever since I switched to LG vacuuming has been oddly satisfying Compared to Dyson V15 LGs A931 is much lighter in weight and has more suction power. Its def less straining on the wrist. The suction is powerful and captures all the dust and debris. I like that I can organize/keep all the tools on its stand/in the hidden storage vs attaching the Dyson to the wall while the tools had nowhere to go. With the auto empty feature I can empty the dustbin without having to touch it so thats a BIG plus. LG battery also lasts noticeably longer than Dyson and the list goes on. Its truly a game changer and I highly recommend it.

Why have I been using central vacs my whole life?

This is my first stick vac having previously only used home central vacs. The convenience of cord-free and hose-free vacuuming is a game-changer. This LG has cleaned my living room rug and hallway runner MUCH better. Incredible how much it can pick up especially with three kids and a dog. The self-emptying option is a nice touch. Instead of dreading bringing out the central vac hose to vacuum my home less frequently the ease of using the LG leads me to clean my home multiple times a week. Ive learned to turn down the speed because the standard speed seems like turbo when you first turn it on to vacuum which led to the battery running out before I finished vacuuming. The build quality is top-rate and having storage inside the tower is well-designed. This is my third LG home product theyre winners.

I cant believe it. The LG CordZero All in One Cordless Stick Vacuum with Auto Empty Dual Floor Max Nozzle has everything I want and need My family has been a long user over 20 years of Dyson. Compared to the Dyson V8 that we were using this vacuum is a game-changer At first glance it appears a bit bigger than the usual stick vacuums. However it is actually quite small compact and lightweight which is perfect for me since I vacuum frequently and dont want to strain my arm. Plus its versatile enough to handle all the different flooring types in my house. I can seamlessly move from carpeted areas to rugs without any issues. I directly compared this product with the Dyson V8 and theres no comparison This product has so many amazing features including an auto-empty dust bin with one touch unbelievably sustainable and convenient an adjustable wand LED lights for better visibility LGs ThinQ app that can track the cleaning history and battery level and more. Because vacuum cleaners are considered durable goods changing preference and loyalty is quite rare. However we have already changed our loyalty to LG This vacuum truly has everything Ive ever wanted. Thank you LG for creating such an awesome product

In love with a vacuum

This vacuum is exactly what I needed in my home. Having both carpet and hardwood floors as well as a very hairy dog Ive easily broken 2-3 vacuums so far. This has such a powerful suction that I can clean the whole house within 20 min. max. I also did not know how convenient having a tower/home for the vacuum was until I actually had it. Not having to search around for the battery plug and extra nozzle accessories is a HUGE plus. Im very lazy and usually just stick to one nozzle for both carpet and hardwood because I can never remember where I stored the extra accessories but having this tower really saves time/energy. Plus the design is also so sleek.

Love my new LG vacuum

As a long-time user of Dyson vacuums I decided to step out of my comfort zone and explore other brands. Let me tell you choosing the LG vacuum was an absolute game-changer Heres what I love about this vacuum: Suction Power: Even without turbo mode this vacuum effortlessly sucks up everything in its path. Dust hair and crumbsgone in a flash Illuminating Light: The vacuum head features a bright light that reveals hidden dust and hair. Cleaning under furniture or in dim corners is a breeze. In summary the LG A931 is a great choice I made. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new vacuum

This LG vaccum is so light quiet and easy to use for both small messes and whole-house cleaning. No more lugging out my corded vacuum to clean. The best part is the narrow and low profile nozzle with headlight make it easy to see and maneuver under low furniture and tight spaces. The arm can be adjusted to accommodate people of different heights no more aching back. The detachable hand vacuum is light enough to use with one hand and allows for cleaning hard to reach spaces with the different attachment tools. There are three suction power modes which let you adjust for normal power or turbo cleaning. Note that prolonged use at the higher settings will drain your battery faster. I love the attractive charging tower which has space to hold the attachment tools and the dirt/dust can be set to auto or manually empty the dust into it when done. No longer do you need to hide your vacuum in the closet. Connecting to the LG ThinQ app provides product information notifies of any problems and tracks cleaning history.

High Performing Stick Vac

I have been using the LG A931 cordless stick vacuum for the past few weeks and have been thoroughly impressed by its performance and features. I had been using a Dyson v8 Animal stick vacuum but it is now relegated to the basement because the LG A931 is better by almost every metric. Pros: - Sleek and elegant design that looks right at home in modern spaces. - The LG A931 vacuum effortlessly picks up fine dust and larger debris like cereal in a single pass. It is a nice change from my previous Dyson that struggled with larger debris. - I like the convenience of the evacuation tower it eliminates the messy dust plumes Id see when I emptied my Dyson in the trash. I also appreciate that after weeks of daily use the bag still isnt full. - Accessory Storage: Having the attachments conveniently stored inside the tower is fantastic so I dont have to hunt through a cabinet looking for them. - The ergonomics of the LG A931 is comfortable and the vacuum glides across hardwood floors even my kids can maneuver it with ease. Very Minor annoyances: - The evacuation tower really could have benefited from a cable wrap-- it is kind of silly to have this attractive appliance with this thick gray cord just cluttering the floor behind it - The overabundance of stickers detract from the otherwise sleek aesthetic. - Too many cute sounds that have no purpose. - The packaging includes a lot of non-recyclable styrofoam packaging.

Fantastic Quality

What a great vacuum. It packs a powerful punch for a cordless vacuum and the auto-empty feature is a true gamechanger. We currently have a Dyson in our house but Ive found myself using this more It is gentle on the hardwood but also provides great suction on carpeting. The headlight is probably my favorite part. We have a dog at home so its been super easy to see the hair while vacuuming. The quality is top notch and I highly recommend.

So powerful and quiet

I have always kept a canister vacuum to handle the heavy duty work as uprights didnt have good suction. The LG A931 has solved that problem. It has amazing suction and is quiet too It glides easily over wood floors and gets deep into carpet. Love this vacuum

Loving this new vacuum Ive been a Dyson person for years but I dont think Ill ever go back. I hate that the Dyson cant get the bigger dirt not that big just like a cheerio and just pushes it around. The CordZero sucks that stuff right up so I dont have to also sweep. Also love that the CordZero has a light. It makes it so much easier to see the dirt particularly on floors under cabinets etc. and then you get that satisfying feeling of watching it all disappear. Emptying this by docking it into the station is kind of fun and way way better than the old method of emptying it into the trash. You dont have to interact with the dirt or dust at all and you dont feel like all that dust is going back into your house. The vacuum is surprisingly light for something so powerful and you can easily make it shorter or taller. The white docking station is also sleek and has a small profile so I can keep it somewhere handy instead of having to hide it away. Overall really happy with this stick vacuum

Effective and great looking

A truly excellent vacuum. The base is large but sleek and looks really nice where Ive placed it in my bathroom. It has doors on the side where accessories can be neatly stored. It seems to empty itself very well and is a huge convenience as well as making it not necessary to interact with the dirt. The app has some nice features and can tell you when its fully charged. It also has a cleaning history so you can tell if your kids really did their chores or not :- The vacuum itself is very powerful and surprisingly quiet. Its actually misleadingly quiet since I thought at first maybe it wasnt very powerful. But when I saw its performance cleaning dirt out of a sofa I was very much corrected.

So long Dyson

Where to begin? As a long time Dyson stick vac user there are three things that have always bugged me: its uncomfortable in the hand almost painful? the motor is particularly loud and it feels cheap and plasticky especially how the cleaning head interacts with hard floor surfaces. The CordZero addresses ALL of these issues and more. I was immediately impressed with the ergonomics of the handle. While it is a bit hefty its fairly well-balanced and feels very comfortable in hand. Despite strong suction to my floor it was noticeably quieter than my Dyson. The fit and finish also feels much more solid and premium vs. Dyson and the cleaning head rolls softly/quietly over hard floors. Beyond those directl comparison points there are a few additional things that set this vacuum apart for me: - Headlights: These lights are a game-changer for seeing small debris like crumbs in lower light environments. I could even see the super fine dust from our ongoing renovation that I wouldnt have seen otherwise. - The front fuzzy brush: This brush does an AMAZING job on fine dust. Combined with the headlight noted above I could even see the clean path cutting through the dust on my dark hardwood floors making it easy to see where I had and had not yet vacuumed. - Auto-Empty: This feature is very convenient. I was so accustomed to emptying my Dyson by hand that I emptied my CordZero by hand after my first use which was also a great user experience by the way. However I used the auto-empty base after subsequent cleanings and it worked exactly as expected

My dog sheds like crazy and this LG vacuum with the auto empty feature and the light makes vacuuming sooo easy The wooden floors in my apartment and my dogs fur blend in and this just makes everything much easier to do. I dont even have to empty it each time It auto empties which adds more time to my day to watch my dog continue to shed again I also love the design. It doesnt look cluttered. It cleans and it looks real clean.

This Vacuum Makes Cleaning Fun

I love to vacuum but hated my old vacuum and the mess it made when emptying the dust bin... This LG vacuum solves that problem 100 - all I do now is dock the vac into the station after Im done cleaning and it automatically empties the collected dust into a bag inside the station So cool The design is also modern and elegant which might sound strange for a vacuum but I dont mind having this in the corner of our living room. Lastly the dual floor nozzle that it comes with lives up to its name as I no longer have to think about changing the nozzle whenever I go from vacuuming the carpet to hard floor. Overall I get all the joy of cleaning without the hassle.
