Sound bar echo

We bought our LG 55 inch TV a few years ago. We purchased our LG Sound Bar. After setting it up and choosing to sinc the sound bar and TV speakers I have a very distinct echo between the two. This is very annoying and makes the sound bar pretty much useless.

It stopped working properly over a month ago. Found that it was still under warranty and contected LG who had me send it infor repair or replacement. Sent 10/11/23 other than a text telling me to also send the subwoofer and soundplate with the sound bar. This model has no separate subwoofer and I dont know what a sound plate is. Have sent two emails requesting an update but have received no response other than a computer generated email saying the first email had been received. This is the second LG SK Ive had a problem with. They only reason I purchased a second one is because I have limited space for a huge system and it was what I could afford. The first SK lasted about a year and a half before it stopped working in exactly the same manner - loud popping sound and sound going on and off then finally no sound at all. All troubleshooting/resets failed. So far I cans say much for their customer service or the quality of this model.

I bought this 2 months ago and disappointed with the purchase. Voice and lip is out of sync plus the remote controller needs to be very close to sound bar to function anything more than a few feet renders it inoperable even with fresh batteries. Instructions somewhat vague for setting up the remote not user friendly poor translation to English.

Bought it to improve sound quality of TV. I have a hearing problem and thought I could get tv sound on Bluetooth to my hearing aid. Doesnt work that way.
